UNMUTEDCO LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates TravelSecure ("Service") at travelsecure.co, a product within the Nomadier family. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use TravelSecure.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Name (first and last) — used to personalize your report and email
• Email address — used to deliver your PDF checklist and assessment report
• Assessment responses — your answers to the 10-question security assessment, used to generate your personalized security score and recommendations

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited
• Assessment metadata — assessment ID, date, and computed score tier stored alongside your profile

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your personalized travel security score and PDF checklist
• Deliver your assessment report to your email address
• Add you to the TravelSecure mailing list for relevant communications from the Nomadier product family
• Send internal notifications to our operations team (Microsoft Teams) for quality monitoring
• Improve the assessment questions and recommendation quality over time
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes described:

• Anthropic — your assessment responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your security analysis. Anthropic processes this data pursuant to their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — used to deliver your PDF report by email. AWS processes email delivery data pursuant to their privacy policy.
• SendSerial / Acelle Mail — your name, email, and assessment metadata are stored in our email marketing platform at sendunmuted.com to manage your subscription and send future communications.
• Vercel — our hosting platform logs standard request data for infrastructure purposes.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of UNMUTEDCO LLC, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your assessment data and email subscription information for as long as you remain subscribed to TravelSecure communications. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below or by unsubscribing from our emails.

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly
• Portability — request your data in a portable format where technically feasible

6. Canadian Privacy (PIPEDA)

For users in Canada, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect only the personal information necessary to provide the Service, obtain your consent where required, and provide access to your information upon request. 7. Cookies & Tracking

TravelSecure uses localStorage in your browser to temporarily store your assessment responses during the session so your results page loads correctly. This data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to third parties. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

8. Children's Privacy

TravelSecure is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, secure SMTP (STARTTLS) for email delivery, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

TravelSecure is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Links to Other Products

TravelSecure contains links to other Nomadier products (Passchecked, Dossio) and third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to TravelSecure. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any other services you visit.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of TravelSecure after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
