These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TravelSecure ("Service"), operated by UNMUTEDCO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a product within the Nomadier family. By accessing or using TravelSecure at travelsecure.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TravelSecure is a free pre-departure security assessment tool that provides digital nomads, expats, and international travelers with a personalized security score, prioritized action checklist, and downloadable PDF report based on their responses to a 10-question assessment.

TravelSecure is an informational tool only. It does not provide legal, immigration, financial, or professional security advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TravelSecure. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use TravelSecure only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the assessment
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data associated with the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

4. Assessment Results & Disclaimers

TravelSecure generates assessment results using AI-powered analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Assessment results are informational only and do not constitute professional security, legal, or travel advice
• Results are based solely on the information you provide and may not reflect your complete security posture
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of assessment results for any particular purpose
• You assume full responsibility for any actions taken or not taken based on your assessment results
• TravelSecure is not a substitute for professional security consultation

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and materials on TravelSecure are the exclusive property of UNMUTEDCO LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The TravelSecure name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of UNMUTEDCO LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of TravelSecure is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Email Communications

By submitting your email address during the assessment, you consent to receive your personalized PDF checklist and may receive occasional communications from TravelSecure and the Nomadier product family. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

8. Third-Party Services

TravelSecure integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI analysis), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), and SendSerial (email marketing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNMUTEDCO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNMUTEDCO LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UNMUTEDCO LLC regarding your use of TravelSecure and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
